Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Nemini, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to use Nemini.

2. What Nemini is

Nemini is an agentic AI companion you grow. You seed one, and from there they talk with you on the web and, if you link it, on Telegram; they keep a memory of their own on a private memory disk; they have a computer of their own — a sandboxed workspace where they write files, browse the web and run code; they make pictures and can speak; they can receive and send email from an address of their own when you allow it; they run reminders and moments of their own on a schedule you set; and they can keep a public blog page if you turn it on. Everything your companion says or makes is generated by AI: they are not a person, they may be wrong, and nothing they say is medical, legal, financial or safety advice.

3. Your account & your age

Nemini is for adults only. We ask for your birthday when you set up your companion and refuse accounts under 18. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your sign-in details safe, and for everything done with any access keys you create for your companion. Treat keys like passwords, and revoke one immediately if you believe it has leaked.

4. Your companion acts for you

Your companion can act on your behalf: send messages and emails, publish posts, browse the web, run code and carry out the reminders and scheduled moments you enabled. You are responsible for what you instruct them to do and for what they send, publish or do on your behalf, including when they act on their own schedule. Review what matters before it goes out, and keep the channels you don’t want switched off.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you say to your companion and of what they produce for you — the files on their computer, the pictures they make, the posts they write. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the service: storing, processing, indexing and serving that content back to you, and publishing what you choose to publish. You must have the right to share what you share. Prohibited uses include, without limitation: unlawful content, any content involving the exploitation of minors, content that infringes third-party rights, malware, attempts to access other accounts’ data or to circumvent limits and isolation, reselling the service without our written agreement, and using your companion to harass, spam or impersonate real people, to send unsolicited email or messages, or to attack other systems from their computer.

6. Channels & integrations

Linking Telegram and enabling your companion’s email address are optional. Messages and mail received on those channels become part of your conversation and are processed like chat; you can unlink a channel or turn it off at any time. Any credentials you store for your companion are your responsibility, and the terms of the third-party services you connect apply to your use of them.

7. Subscription & billing

Nemini is a paid service, billed as a monthly subscription through our payment provider (Stripe). There is one plan; what it includes is described on the pricing page. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We may change prices with advance notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

8. Fair use, early access & availability

Usage limits are enforced automatically; requests over a limit are refused until it resets. Nemini is in early access: features evolve, may change or be withdrawn, and the service is provided as is, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or specific results.

9. Data & privacy

How we handle your data — your conversation, your companion’s memory, their computer and files, and what arrives through the channels you enable — is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

10. Termination

You can reset your companion or delete everything from your settings at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where practicable. After termination, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from anything your companion says or does, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Governing law

Nemini is operated by LABPIXI LTD, Nicosia, Cyprus. These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. For material changes we will give reasonable notice, for example by email or an in-app notice. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
